About Radio Five-O-Plus  93.3FM
The station was established in 1993 to deliver music of yesterday to today.
From its humble beginnings broadcasting to a few streets in Umina, the station has grown and now broadcasts across the Central Coast throughout the Hunter, Northern Suburbs of Sydney and into the Blue Mountains.  The station is now located in its modern studios at North Gosford.
Staffed solely by volunteers, our community station broadcasts 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Radio Five-O-Plus is not just for those ages 50 plus, but for anyone that appreciates music from the 40's through to the 80's, specialising in easy listening and music that brings back memories.

Volunteers Wanted
Radio Five-O-Plus is staffed by an enthusiastic team of volunteers, who have a love of music from yesteryear and an involvement with the community on the Central Coast.
Radio Five-O-Plus welcomes members of the community of any age to join the Station and participate in the day to day running of a broadcasting station.  The only requirement is that you enjoy music and want to belong to a community radio station.  Volunteers are invited to train to participate in all areas of Radio Broadcasting.
Radio Five-O-Plus is a self-funded voluntary not-for-profit organisation managed by a committee elected annually by its members.
Government grants, donations and all funds raised are used to maintain and renew technical equipment and improve the facilities to ensure Radio Five-O-Plus continues to excel in the field of broadcasting.
